Gunnebo Entrance Control seeks a structured Service Coordinator to act as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills. You are a team player with solid administrative experience and expertise in Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, service administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Experience coordinating field technicians or service personnel is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in discussing service agreements with customers.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Dynamics 365, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional phone and email support to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service-related offerings
• Schedule and book service appointments with customers
• Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians
• Order spare parts and manage related administration
• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on service activities
• Support continuous improvement of service processes
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments
