Vaillant Group in Taastrup seeks a Service Coordinator to bring structure to busy days, coordinating activities across stakeholders and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams, reporting to the Technical Support Manager.

You will plan service visits, manage orders, and support procurement to keep technicians equipped. A proactive, organized approach and Danish fluency are essential for success.

Formación

• Relevant administrative, commercial, or technical qualification is required.
• Experience in service coordination, planning, customer service, or administrative positions is preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach are essential.
• Experience in a service organization or coordinating field service technicians is advantageous.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Fluent in Danish (written and spoken); able to communicate in English in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate service visits, start-ups, and other service activities to ensure timely professional support.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and complete service activities.
• Manage service agreements, create work orders, and follow up on planned service activities.
• Assist with resource planning and optimize technician utilization with the Service team.
• Coordinate spare parts and support procurement to ensure technicians have what they need.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and high levels of customer satisfaction.
