Job summary

Vaillant Group in Taastrup, Denmark is seeking a Service Coordinator to bring structure to a busy workday by coordinating activities, services, and customer communications. You will work with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.

You will report to the Technical Support Manager and help plan visits, manage service orders, and ensure timely, professional support across the service organisation.

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative, commercial, or technical qualification.
• Experience in service coordination, planning, customer service, or administrative roles in a technical/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service visits, start-ups and other service activities to ensure timely, professional support.
• Prioritize and track service activities with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders.
• Create and manage service agreements and work orders; follow up on planned activities.
• Contribute to resource planning and optimize technician utilization.
• Coordinate spare parts and procurement to ensure materials are available for technicians.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
