Job summary
Körber Supply Chain DK is seeking a structured Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. You will handle spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders, ensuring smooth order execution and excellent customer experience.
You bring experience from customer service, order processing, spare parts sales or logistics, and are comfortable with ERP systems. Strong Danish and English communication will help you coordinate across functions and locations.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, order processing, spare parts sales or logistics.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and digital tools.
- Ability to understand and work with technical product information.
- Strong communication in Danish and English across functions and locations.
Responsibilities
- Handle spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Proactively follow up on availability, lead times, and order status.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvements in the spare parts process.
