Job summary

Gram Equipment A/S seeks an experienced Service Supervisor to serve as the key operational representative at customer sites, coordinating installation, commissioning and on-site service activities worldwide.

You will lead technicians and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear site reporting while supporting training of customer operators and maintenance teams. This is a highly international role requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding and practical experience.
• Ability to take responsibility and coordinate activities on-site.
• Ability to lead people without formal managerial authority.
• Excellent communication with customers and multicultural teams.
• Strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervising installation, commissioning and service activities at customer sites.
• Leading and coordinating technicians, subcontractors and customer resources on-site.
• Planning daily activities and following up on progress, quality and safety.
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Coordinating closely with customers, Project Management, Engineering and Service.
• Ensuring accurate site reporting, documentation and handover.
• Training customer operators and maintenance teams where relevant.
