Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is seeking a People Analytics & Rewards Specialist to build evidence-based decisions across Reward, Talent and engagement. You will translate data into actionable insights, develop dashboards and support organisational development with analytical depth, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.

The role blends analytics, reward and talent, with the opportunity to apply behavioural science to improve people decisions in a hybrid Danish workplace.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in psychology, organisational psychology, economics, business, HR, statistics or other analytical discipline.
• A few years of relevant professional experience; quality and relevance over years.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Ability to turn data or research into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in understanding why People practices work.

Responsibilities

• Turn data and research into clear conclusions and practical recommendations for People & Culture and management.
• Contribute to the implementation of EU Pay Transparency requirements and related reporting.
• Develop dashboards and recurring People reporting and metrics to focus on what matters.
• Analyse engagement survey results and help translate them into meaningful organizational actions.
• Support talent, succession and performance processes with analysis and insight.
• Bring research from organisational psychology and behavioural science into how we design and evaluate People initiatives.
• Prepare clear presentations and decision material for colleagues and leadership.
• Contribute to selected organizational development and talent projects.
