Job summary

PwC Denmark is recruiting for a Senior Manager in Copenhagen to leverage rewards expertise within PwC Workforce and Rewards. You will drive client engagements, develop practical solutions and build trusted relationships across disciplines including AI, legal, tax and data.

You will lead projects to design incentive programmes, benchmarks and remuneration packages, and you will help clients prepare for evolving pay transparency directives while growing your career at PwC.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in rewards or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify client needs.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing incentive programmes.
• Helping companies identify suitable remuneration benchmarks.
• Designing remuneration packages that attract, motivate and retain talent.
• Developing job architectures, from standard frameworks to tailored solutions.
• Helping companies improve and run their annual rewards cycles.
• Preparing companies for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, from design through implementation and communication.
• Supporting clients with other matters related to pay and performance.
