Job summary

Accenture in Denmark is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join the Nordics & Netherlands Market Unit, supporting Denmark. You will contribute to compensation and benefits programs and partner with HR, payroll, and leadership teams to deliver a fair and competitive employee experience across the region.

You should bring Master’s degree and experience in Total Rewards, with fluency in Danish and English, and comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve insights and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR analytics or related fields.
• Knowledge of Danish labor legislation and reward practices.
• Experience in multinational or complex organizations.
• Experience using HRIS such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits programs for Denmark with governance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and leadership to provide guidance on rewards matters.
• Contribute to annual salary reviews and benchmarking activities.
• Partner with payroll and HR ops to ensure timely inputs and processes.
• Respond to benefits inquiries and identify practical improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Share best practices across Nordics & Netherlands Total Rewards teams.
• Maintain governance and documentation across recurring activities.
