Job summary

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners is seeking a Student Analyst to join the Global Rewards team in Copenhagen. This part-time role (about 20 hours/week) offers exposure to incentives programs, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

You will support onboarding and lifecycle management of long-term incentive programs, develop presentations in PowerPoint, and contribute to market insights while building a foundation in compensation and benefits in a global

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of your Bachelor’s or 1st year of Master pursuing a degree in Commercial Law and Business Administration or similar.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop; ownership of work and independence.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to transform data into clear presentations; good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and lifecycle management of Long-Term Programs and related documents.
• Support exits and track employees enrolled in different programs.
• Provide ad hoc support for new programs or new markets as needed.
• Assist with Long-Term Incentive matters and answer eligibility/tax questions.
• Drive projects supporting employees with Long-Term Incentives.
