Job summary

Cetec Energy is seeking a Lead Stimulation Engineer to drive planning, design and safe execution of offshore stimulation activities on a major Oil & Gas project. You will lead technical validation, coordinate with Drilling, Well Services and Stimulation teams, and ensure compliance with budgets and schedules.

The role requires a senior professional with deep stimulation expertise, offshore experience, and strong HSE leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Proven experience within stimulation, drilling and well services.
Experience with offshore supervision.
Strong HSE leadership and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and approve stimulation designs and validations.
Develop and manage stimulation schedules and RFCs.
Provide technical validation of stimulation programmes and ensure appropriate technology selection.
Approve subsurface memos, RFC/MoC related to stimulation and End of Well Reports.
Ensure stimulation operations are delivered within the approved budget and schedule.
Prepare AFE and cost estimates for stimulation activities.
Manage long-term resource planning, including POB, personnel and equipment.
Provide technical and operational support to Drilling, Well Services and Stimulation activities.
Support IOP and stimulation/intervention planning.
Manage stimulation contracts through continuous evaluation, SQM and KPI tracking.
Provide input to stimulation vessel contracts and tender processes.
