Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Technical Safety/Senior Engineer for offshore projects, with 5-10 years of experience in design and modification of safety systems in Norway. The role involves risk activities such as HAZID, WEHRA, and design reviews, coordinating with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

Master/Bachelor degree in technical safety or related discipline (experience can compensate).
5-10 years of offshore design and modification experience (Norway).
Knowledge of Ptil requirements, ISO and NORSOK standards.
Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed design and modification tasks on safety systems in projects.
Area Classification and Ignition Source Control.
Fire and Gas Detection.
Escape, Evacuation and Rescue (EER).
Safety Integrity Level (SIL).
Definition of fluid groups, PED.
Interdisciplinary coordination, checks, IDC, and verifications.
Identify and facilitate required risk activities e.g. HAZID, WEHRA and design reviews.
