Job summary

Cetec Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate QA/QC teams within Electrical, Instrumentation and ATEX for offshore projects, requiring solid offshore experience. You will be the link between the client, subcontractors and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, effective planning and smooth execution, while managing manpower and resources.

Requires strong project management, knowledge of the Danish offshore sector, and fluent Danish and English; onshore role with

Qualifications

• Extensive offshore project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of E&I and ATEX in offshore projects.
• Ability to coordinate QA/QC and technical teams.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Ability to create structure and maintain overview.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating QA/QC teams within Electrical, Instrumentation and ATEX
• Taking ownership of project manpower and resource requirements
• Assessing the technical requirements of projects and identifying where and when action is required
• Planning and coordinating E&I QC personnel for larger offshore projects
• Acting as the key link between clients, subcontractors and offshore personnel
• Ensuring the right competencies and resources are available at the right time
• Managing changing priorities and requirements throughout the project
• Maintaining an overall view of project progress, resources and technical requirements
• Supporting the offshore teams with planning, coordination and technical understanding
• Handling changes and unexpected situations calmly and effectively
