Job summary

Keepit is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Copenhagen to modernize on-prem infrastructure and observability. You will own Ansible-driven configuration for hundreds of production servers and guide platform tooling adoption across multiple data centers.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, deployment, and performance, while advancing GitOps, Vault integration, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices in a self-managed environment.

Qualifications

Must have strong IaC experience with Ansible or equivalent.
Solid Linux fundamentals, Debian-based with APT, DNS, filesystems.
Production experience with Kubernetes, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, ArgoCD.
Experience designing platform architecture used by multiple teams.
Ability to evolve production systems with good engineering judgment.
Excellent English communication and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and run Ansible playbooks for production servers.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, observability, and performance.
Work with self-managed hardware and services, onboarding new tech.
Drive complex initiatives like OS upgrades and GitOps adoption.
Participate in Shift-Left to empower teams to manage dashboards and alerts.
