Qualifications

• Senior SRE/Platform experience with impact on infrastructure scalability.
• Ability to design reusable frameworks, modules or platforms.
• Experience with observability: metrics, logging, tracing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mentor others.
• Proven track record architecting multi‑problem solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect automation systems at scale across Kubernetes, Docker, Azure.
• Develop self‑service infrastructure tooling for dev teams.
• Build observability frameworks with unified insights.
• Create abstraction layers using Terraform modules and Helm charts.
• Lead infrastructure evolution from concept to production.
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable ops solutions.
• Mentor team members in systems thinking and architecture.
• Promote best practices for reliability, security and maintainability.
• Prototype emerging technologies and assess fit for systemic challenges.
