Qualifications

Senior SRE or related leadership role with impact on infrastructure scalability
Experience building reusable frameworks, modules, or platforms
Experience with observability at scale (metrics, logging, tracing)
Strong ability to document architectural decisions and mentor others
Ability to architect solutions addressing multiple problems simultaneously

Responsibilities

Architect automation systems to reduce manual work and focus on platform-level solutions
Develop infrastructure tooling enabling self-service while maintaining reliability
Build observability frameworks with unified insights across environments
Create abstraction layers (Terraform modules, Helm charts, or operators)
Lead infrastructure evolution from concept to production
Collaborate with development teams to design operable, scalable solutions
Mentor teammates in systems thinking and architectural approaches
Apply SRE best practices to improve reliability, security, and maintainability
Research and prototype emerging technologies for systemic challenges
