Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex system environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
• At least five years in operations, SRE or DevOps in regulated settings.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, networking and storage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable 24/7 operation of critical healthcare systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Communicate with technical stakeholders during incidents and changes.
• Operate and maintain virtualized server environments and databases.
• Participate in deployments, upgrades and production changes.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, observability and processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalable solutions.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
• Assess production readiness balancing quality, risk and security.
• Support security hardening and compliance activities.
