Job summary

Systematic in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Senior Network Specialist to lead our shift to an automated, code-driven operating model for core infrastructure. You will design, build and operate the automation platform behind our network and firewall estate, moving from manual changes to a version-controlled, GitOps-style workflow.

You will own our network Source of Truth, design CI/CD and Git practices, run core networking and SDN infra, and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Solid networking foundation with hands-on automation experience.
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto platforms.
• Infrastructure as code with Ansible or Terraform.
• Experience designing or operating CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Scripting in Python or Jinja2 and API work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate automation platform for network and firewall estate.
• Architect, build and maintain network automation for Cisco and Palo Alto.
• Define CI/CD processes, pull requests, automated checks, and gate deployments.
• Own datacenter and enterprise network, including SDN.
