Job summary

Intempus ApS, a Danish software company, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to keep our time-tracking platform reliable and scalable. You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with developers to improve tooling and deployment workflows.

You should have at least 7 years in a DevOps role, strong Linux administration, Python, and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, plus container orchestration experience with Kubernetes or Nomad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar (e.g. System Administrator).
• Experience managing Linux systems (Debian-based) is required.
• Strong scripting in Bash and Python.
• Proficient with Docker, CI/CD tooling, and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience with Kubernetes or Nomad for container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable delivery.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration as code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor and troubleshoot day-to-day issues on servers and apps.
• Design improvements with the best DevOps tools available.
• Collaborate with developers to improve development and test environments.
• Keep infrastructure secure and up-to-date; automate where possible.
