Job summary

Keepit seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team in Copenhagen. You will define standards, tooling, and practices for building, testing, packaging, delivering, and deploying software across the company.

Responsibilities include developing GitLab CI/CD components, operating platform services (AWX, Vault, Terraform; Proxmox/Kubernetes), and creating durable documentation to help engineers understand the platform and its decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux fundamentals, Debian-based systems, and apt package management.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts; GitLab CI/CD experience preferred.
• Hands-on with containers, Bash, Ansible, Kubernetes, and observability stacks (LGTM).
• Experience designing tooling, pipelines, or infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams.
• Experience operating and evolving production systems with solid engineering judgment.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable GitLab CI/CD components and pipelines used across engineering teams.
• Build and operate highly available platform services and infrastructure (AWX, Vault, Terraform; Proxmox, Kubernetes).
• Create clear, durable documentation on platform architecture, decisions, and usage.
• Operate the runner infrastructure for builds, tests, and deployments with reliability and security.
• Build automated tests and validation to enable safe platform upgrades.
