Job summary

Annapurna in Copenhagen seeks a Senior People Operations Specialist to own end-to-end people operations, from onboarding to exit. You will serve as a primary contact for staff and managers, handling day-to-day HR queries, and partnering with Finance and leadership.

You will coordinate monthly payroll with an external provider, ensure data accuracy and audit readiness, and manage HRIS systems while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Operations/HR administration.
• Solid exposure to payroll coordination.
• Confidence handling employee queries and basic ER cases.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing volume.

Responsibilities

• Owning the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding through to exit.
• Acting as a go-to contact for employees and managers, resolving day-to-day HR queries.
• Coordinating monthly payroll with an external provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Managing HR systems and employee data, keeping everything up to date and audit-ready.
• Supporting employee relations matters at a first‑line level.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Identifying ways to improve processes and streamline operations.
