Job summary

UNDP Copenhagen is seeking a Payroll Specialist to lead the Global Payroll Services (GPS) and supervise two Payroll Analysts and an Operations Analyst. You will drive standardization, automation, and timely payroll delivery to UNDP and partner agencies from Copenhagen and regional offices.

The role requires extensive payroll knowledge, senior-level collaboration, and strong client orientation to enhance service quality and efficiency across units.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business/administration/finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant payroll experience with UNDP or UN agencies.
• Experience supervising payroll teams and delivering client-focused services.
