Job summary

Satair A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a trusted People Operations Specialist to own payroll and time-management operations. You will coordinate monthly data with our payroll provider and manage daily time-registration tasks, ensuring compliant, accurate data handling.

You will drive efficiency by coordinating lifecycle data in HR IT systems, act as local HR procurement delegate, and support employees, managers, and HR colleagues with reliable ad-hoc assistance, while upholding privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Danish Payroll Preparation expertise including tax rules.
• Experience with external payroll providers (e.g., Azets).
• Experience across HR tools, Excel/Google Sheets; Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong focus on data privacy and data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Time Expert: manage monthly inputs to third-party payroll provider.
• Time Administration: daily administration of time-registration tool.
• Lifecycle Coordination: on- and offboarding in HR IT systems.
• HR Procurement Delegate: create POs, vendors in SAP, approve invoices.
• Mobility & Recruitment Support: liaise with providers on international mobilities and visas.
• Process Optimization: contribute ideas for payroll/time processes.
• Ad Hoc Support: provide high-quality HR support to staff and managers.
