Job summary

Satair in Copenhagen seeks a Payroll and Time expert to own monthly inputs to the payroll provider and manage time-registration. You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, act as the HR procurement delegate, and support international mobility and recruitment admin tasks, ensuring compliance and precision.

You will work with a global team, optimize processes, and deliver reliable HR support while maintaining data privacy and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications

• Danish payroll expertise including payroll tax rules and holidays.
• Experience with external payroll provider (Azets or similar).
• Proficient with HR tools and spreadsheets; Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong data privacy and protection habits in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Time Expert: own all payroll/time tasks for Satair Copenhagen.
• Time administration of time-registration tool.
• Lifecycle coordination of onboarding/offboarding in HR systems.
• HR procurement delegate: create POs and vendors in SAP, approve invoices.
• Support mobility, visa, and recruitment admin tasks for international ops.
• Contribute to process improvements in payroll and time workflows.
• Provide high-quality ad-hoc support to employees and managers.
