Job summary

JMA is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead our Danish/Swedish support team for our DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS. You will translate customer workflows into practical IT solutions and drive process improvements from Randers office.

The role focuses on coordinating a 5-person team, handling cases across Denmark, Sweden, and potentially the UK, and optimizing service delivery through structured problem solving and IT insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage a support team of 5 employees in Denmark and Sweden.
• Own and resolve a portfolio of support cases across Denmark, Sweden, and the UK.
• Advise customers on optimal use of Aptean solutions.
• Continuously streamline internal processes and systems.
• Analyze customer workflows and test solutions.
