Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NAVISION or Business Central.
• Solid practical experience from the service industry.
• Structured work approach; ability to close cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing a support team of 5 employees in Denmark and Sweden
• Receive, analyze and resolve support cases from customers
• Advise customers on best use of our solutions
• Streamline internal processes and systems
• Coordinate workflows with field technicians when needed
