JMA seeks a hands-on Senior Manager for its Randers office to lead the customer support team and optimize the use of our DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS. The role focuses on NAVISION/Business Central experience within a service organization, with responsibility for a team in Denmark and Sweden.

You will analyze customer workflows, propose IT-driven improvements, and ensure efficient case handling from intake to resolution, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry and understanding of workshop/service workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into IT solutions.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a support team of 5 employees in Denmark and Sweden.
• Oversee intake, analysis and resolution of customer support cases via phone and email.
• Advise customers on optimal use of NAVISION/BC-based solutions.
