Job summary

JMA is seeking a dedicated Support Consultant to work from Randers, handling a portfolio of support cases in Denmark and Sweden for our DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS. The role focuses on understanding customer workflows and translating them into practical digital solutions, with emphasis on IT-enabled process improvements.

You will analyze and resolve cases, advise on optimal usage, and collaborate with customers to streamline their service workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience from the service industry.
• Experience from a company with many out-of-town technicians is helpful.
• Structured work approach and ability to close cases.
• Experience where time or services were billed to customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and resolve support cases from customers.
• Advise customers on the best use of our solutions.
• Familiarize yourself with customers' processes and procedures.
• Help customers leverage IT and digitalization to create more efficient workflows.
