Job summary

Aptean is seeking a dedicated Support Consultant for our Randers office to manage a portfolio of service cases in Denmark and Sweden. You will advise customers on the best use of our in-house DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS, translating business processes into efficient digital workflows.

You will engage with service organizations and dealers, using IT to streamline operations, while maintaining strong customer relationships in Danish and English. Swedish or Norwegian skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in service industry and handling customer workflows.
• Ability to translate customer processes into digital solutions.
• Fluency in Danish and English; Swedish/Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze and resolve support cases from customers in Denmark and Sweden.
• Advise customers on optimal use of our DSM and DMS solutions.
• Familiarize with customers' processes and procedures to streamline workflows.
• Assist customers in leveraging IT and digitalization to improve efficiency.
