Job summary

JMA is looking for a Support Consultant for our Randers office to advise customers on our in-house DSM solution and Aptean Equipment DMS. You will handle a Danish portfolio and help dealers and service companies with workflow improvements.

You don’t need a traditional IT background; understanding the business and translating it into digital solutions is key. Strong Danish/English skills are required, Swedish/Norwegian a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid practical experience from the service industry.
• Experience using IT as a tool to streamline and digitize workflows.
• Experience in roles where time or services were invoiced to customers.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written; Swedish/Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze and resolve support cases from customers in Denmark and Sweden.
• Advise customers on the best use of our solutions.
• Familiarize yourself with customers' processes and business procedures.
• Help customers leverage IT and digitalization to create more efficient workflows.
