You will join Sourcing LABS IT in the Laboratory, Planning & Eco-systems area, collaborating with teams in Denmark and Brazil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT System or Computerized Equipment management.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a focus on quality.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Hold a key role in IT governance and compliance for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within Materials & Device Analytics QC.
• Support life cycle management and contribute to smaller projects to keep IT Systems and Computerized Equipment compliant.
• Maintain compliance documentation and SOPs, keeping them accurate, up to date and accessible.
• Act as a technical resource in implementation projects and share knowledge across the team.
• Align and manage stakeholder and user expectations for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local users, Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and QA.
