Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an IT Security Manager to drive cybersecurity across laboratory IT systems in Global Research and Therapeutic Development. You will partner with scientists, system owners and security specialists to protect critical infrastructure and ensure secure, compliant solutions.

You will contribute to secure architectures, risk management, and governance for laboratory environments, with emphasis on IAM, network and cloud security, while upholding Novo Nordisk standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
• Experience with risk assessments, security controls, vulnerability management, or security architecture.
• Strong understanding of IAM, network security, endpoint security, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical security topics to non-technical audiences.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Advising projects, system owners, and stakeholders on cybersecurity requirements and best practices.
• Identifying security risks and facilitating the implementation of mitigating controls.
• Collaborating with Global Information Security to align with Novo Nordisk standards.
• Representing Research laboratories in cybersecurity forums and fostering governance and collaboration.
• Monitoring emerging threats and compliance requirements impacting laboratory environments.
• Contributing to secure architectures and security-by-design for laboratory solutions.
