Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an Advanced IT System Management Professional to ensure IT systems and computerized equipment in Materials & Device Analytics QC are reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance documentation, and be the main contact for local users and stakeholders.

The role supports a global production environment, with cross-border collaboration across Denmark and Brazil, based in Hillerød, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT System or Computerized Equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance and compliance for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within Materials & Device Analytics QC.
• Maintain compliance documentation and SOPs, keeping them accurate and accessible.
• Act as a technical resource in implementation projects and share knowledge across the team.
• Align and manage stakeholder and user expectations for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.
• Serve as the primary contact for local users, Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and QA.
