Job summary

Cari is seeking an Advanced IT System Management Professional to join our Sourcing LABS IT team in Hillerød, Denmark. You will govern IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within Materials & Device Analytics QC, ensuring compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will support life cycle management, maintain SOPs, act as a technical resource in projects, and align stakeholder expectations across cross-border teams in Denmark and Brazil. This is a 1-year fixed-term position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT System or Computerized Equipment management.
• English proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management and contribute to smaller projects, ensuring IT Systems and Computerized Equipment remain compliant with all applicable requirements.
• Maintain compliance documentation and SOPs, keeping them accurate, up to date and easy to access.
• Act as a technical resource in implementation projects and share your knowledge across the team.
• Align and manage stakeholder and user expectations for IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local users, Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and QA.
