Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Gentofte seeks an IT Manager to lead Manufacturing IT/OT Support in a fast-paced production environment. You will build and develop a young team, foster strong relationships across Manufacturing, Production Support, Warehouse, QA and Enterprise IT, and drive improvements in IT service delivery and operational stability.

You will shape the function as it matures, coaching staff while ensuring reliable 24/7 IT/OT support for critical manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading IT/OT support teams in manufacturing.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
Experience with ITSM and IT operations in GMP environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of IT/OT Support Specialists.
Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
Create an environment where employees feel supported, empowered and able to develop.
Build trusted relationships across Manufacturing, Production Support, Warehouse, QA, Enterprise IT and other key business stakeholders.
Ensure reliable 24/7 IT and OT support for business-critical manufacturing operations.
Support the continued development and maturity of IT Service Management processes.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities and improve operational efficiency.
Help reduce IT and OT-related downtime through proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively across multiple functions to deliver stable and reliable IT services.
Support the ongoing development of team capability through coaching, mentoring and performance development.
