Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød, Denmark, is seeking a Project Manager to join Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing for a 12‑month parental leave cover. You will own a portfolio of production projects, drive IT, equipment and validation initiatives, and ensure new products reach production while maintaining compliance.

You will collaborate with the PMO and site leadership, plan scope, schedule, resources and cost, present timelines to stakeholders, and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or another relevant field.
• Around 4–5 years of professional experience.
• Evidence of strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and governance.
• Structure and ownership: you plan carefully, work to defined processes and timelines, and follow through on what you commit to.
• The ability to use PowerPoint and Excel to present project timelines, build scenarios and support stakeholder decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects independently through their full lifecycle, from initiation to completion, in an aseptic and finished production environment.
• Plan, run and follow up on scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality and risk.
• Lead projects across IT, equipment and validation, driven by new product introductions, optimisation and compliance requirements.
• Present timelines and scenarios clearly, so stakeholders can make timely decisions.
• Stay in close dialogue with line of business, site management at all levels and external vendors to keep everyone aligned.
