Job summary

PanzerGlass HQ is seeking a Senior IT Supporter to deliver high-quality IT support globally and maintain a secure, efficient IT environment. You will drive improvements, support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management, and mentor teammates across our international operations.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, handle complex issues, and participate in system upgrades while supporting offices and remote users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting users within a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support to employees across multiple locations.
• Coordinate support tickets, escalations, and complex technical issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware and software.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and user access rights.
• Maintain asset management and device lifecycle processes.
• Support local offices and remote users globally.
• Assist with network, security, backup, and infra tasks.
• Drive IT process improvements and automation.
• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable IT services.

You will provide advanced IT support to users worldwide, contribute to infrastructure and improvement projects, and act as a trusted technical expert within the IT team.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support and helping drive continuous improvements across our global IT environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT support to employees across multiple locations
• Handling and coordinating support tickets, escalations, and complex technical issues
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware, and software platforms
• Managing onboarding, offboarding, user administration, and access rights
• Maintaining asset management processes and supporting device lifecycle management
• Supporting local offices and remote users worldwide
• Assisting with network, security, backup, and infrastructure-related tasks
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and IT documentation
• Participating in IT projects, implementations, and system upgrades
• Mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge across the team
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to ensure reliable IT services

Your profile

You have a solid technical foundation combined with a strong service mindset. You enjoy helping others, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously improving the way things are done.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role
• Experience supporting users within a global organisation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• A customer-focused and service-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
