You will lead a dedicated IT Business Partner function, collaborate with IT delivery teams, and advise on digitization, automation, data, and AI to strengthen performance and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT Business Partnering or similar role.
• Experience shaping IT strategy and enabling digital transformation.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and position IT as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Professionalize and build out the IT Business Partner function.
• Translate business strategy into clear IT roadmaps and backlogs.
• Define scope, dependencies and risks before projects.
• Advise on how technology and data can drive business outcomes and growth.
• Secure business ownership on priorities and benefits.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams, cyber security, and data specialists.
• Monitor IT performance and manage escalations.
