Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark (or Prague) seeks an HR Processes Specialist to drive global HR processes from idea to anchoring in the organization, in collaboration with Employee Master Data, People Partnering and Employee Relations.

You will work across HR core areas with emphasis on employment documents, leveraging Workday and other HR technologies, in a hybrid setup with three days in the office. This role values curiosity, collaboration and meticulous process design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Core HR and employment documentation
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and HR Technology vendors, particularly Workday
• Attention to detail with a mindset for compliant process design
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
• Curiosity, courage and collaboration with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as process guardian for new business or legal requisites and implement global processes and tooling
• Collaborate with IT and business users to address change requests
• Engage in HR process projects across core areas, focusing on employment documents
• Collaborate with Employee Master Data and Employee Relations on global and regional topics
• Drive innovation to streamline and automate processes where feasible
