The LEGO Group in Billund/Prague seeks a Lead Professional to safeguard HR processes, drive global-local alignment, and implement compliant employment documentation solutions. You will partner with IT, HR teams, and vendor ecosystems to optimize processes and deliver reliable HR tooling across regions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Core HR, strong Workday knowledge, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to support a diverse, global workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Core HR and employment documentation.
• Experience with HR technology vendors, especially Workday.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset in process design.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork across global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Guard global HR processes during changes and implement new tools and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business users on change requests.
• Work on HR process projects focusing on employment documents across regions.
• Coordinate with Employee Master Data and Employee Relations on global and regional topics.
• Drive innovation to streamline and automate HR processes where feasible.
