Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking a Senior Manager for Data & Analytics to lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting with data-driven insights. You will own the planning process, drive automation using Power BI and Excel, and partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations across the organisation.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in strategic workforce planning in a global organisation.
Advanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise.
Proficient analytical skills with Power BI and Excel to tell data stories.
Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for clear recommendations.
Curious, collaborative, proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with cloud-based HR systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting with data-driven insights.
Own headcount planning process; drive automation, data quality and governance via analytics tools.
Partner with HR, Finance, Rewards and business leaders to translate data into insights.
Drive continuous improvement and scalable workforce planning practices.
Build relationships as trusted advisor on workforce planning and analytics.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and high-quality outputs.
