Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics to shape how the business plans its future workforce. You will lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, turning complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

You will drive automation and governance of the headcount process using Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics solutions, partnering with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in strategic workforce planning in a global organization.
Advanced forecasting and analytics to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders.
Curious, collaborative, and proactive with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
Own and improve the headcount planning process, driving automation and governance.
Translate workforce data into meaningful insights with HR, Finance, Rewards and leaders.
Embed scalable workforce planning practices and drive continuous improvement.
Build trusted relationships across the business as a strategic adviser.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
