Job summary

LEGO Group in Copenhagen seeks a Lead Workplace & Project Specialist to transform our Copenhagen Hub into a thriving, efficient workplace. You will coordinate projects, manage vendors, and drive improvements while preparing for a larger relocation in 2027.

Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager, you will partner with facility teams, IT, Security and Sustainability, maintain operations, and ensure a safe, inspiring environment through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role within an international environment.
• Proven track record coordinating projects and workplace improvements.

Responsibilities

• Turn colleague insights into meaningful improvements for employee experience.
• Deliver workplace solutions that support day-to-day operations.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure workplace services are safe, efficient, and inspiring.
• Drive change initiatives through communication and data-informed improvements.
• Support planning and delivery of the Copenhagen Hub relocation to 2027.
