Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Adoption Professional in Global Digital Workplace to turn digital workplace and AI strategies into impactful adoption, communication and change initiatives that enable new ways of working and create value for colleagues.

You will lead adoption, communication and change activities, translate strategy into action, and drive learning initiatives across regions and business areas to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Communications, Organisational Development, Digital Transformation or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in change management, digital adoption, communication, training or enablement.
• Proven corporate communications experience with the ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
• Experience in driving digital workplace adoption, change management and AI enablement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across a global organisation.
• Experience developing communication plans, editorial guidance, adoption strategies, training and engagement activities.
• Strong business and analytical skills to use insights to improve services, products and processes.
• Solid project management skills; proactive, solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication, adoption and organizational change management activities for Digital Workplace products and initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication plans, campaigns and learning initiatives for tool rollouts.
• Drive awareness and adoption of M365 applications, Copilot, devices and meeting room technologies.
• Enhance employee experience by governing SharePoint, ServiceNow content and Viva Engage platforms.
• Design and deliver scalable learning and enablement for leaders and employees across regions.
• Ensure Digital Workplace communications align with Novo Nordisk guidelines.
• Represent Global Digital Workplace with internal and external partners to support successful installation and value realization.
