Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) is seeking a creative Student Assistant to support the AI strategy, Innovation & Adoption team in Engineering Model Transformation. The role focuses on communication and driving AI adoption across the organization.

You will work around 15-20 hours per week in our Virum office, creating engaging content (written and visual), assisting with workshops, and communicating updates about new AI features while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with at least one year remaining.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar is a plus.
• Alternative relevant experience is also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts and workshops.
• Track and summarise new AI releases, test and evaluate features and agents and create content for publication.
• Maintain and update our internal AI knowledge platforms (SharePoint, Communities etc.).
• Facilitate or co-host user training sessions and design engaging training materials.
• Brainstorm and help drive creative adoption campaigns.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
