Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR, digital transformation or related leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital and AI strategies for P&O/HR functions.

• Lead and develop the POCA AI portfolio with prioritized, high‑value initiatives.
• Redesign processes, workflows, roles and decision points for AI‑native ways of working.
• Define and deliver an integrated AI roadmap across workforce processes and core platforms with Enterprise IT.
