Job summary

Qualifications

• A Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent scientific qualification combined with relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Writer or within a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge of regulatory documentation and clinical development.
• Proven experience driving process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, automation projects, or content management enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex assignments while exercising strategic thinking, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• In addition, experience with content automation technologies, structured content, document management systems, or digital innovation initiatives will be considered a strong advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead document automation initiatives to enable scalable content reuse across regulatory and clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain content libraries while supporting the advancement of digital tools and content automation solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise documentation processes, drive efficiency, and implement digital technologies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in content automation and digitalisation, ensuring alignment with Clinical Reporting strategy.
• Drive organisational change, capability building, training, and strategic projects while influencing stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex transformations.
