Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Digital & Process Lead to drive digital initiatives across our procurement processes, with a focus on S2P, Coupa and SAP integrations. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and scalable automation in a global matrix organization.

You will lead complex digital projects, engage external partners, and explore AI-enabled improvements such as automation and intelligent document processing to deliver measurable value in procurement

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering, procurement or related field.
• 8+ years of experience across Procurement, Finance, S2P, technology or related areas with strong S2P knowledge.
• Experience implementing and scaling enterprise technology solutions with rollout and adoption across large organisations.
• Strong understanding of digitalization, automation and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives within Procurement across P2P processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Drive structured problem-solving considering end-to-end impact of system and process changes.
• Develop hands-on understanding of S2P systems and identify opportunities for automation.
• Promote global alignment of processes and system usage across procurement platforms like Coupa and SAP.
• Plan and manage technology implementations (Coupa, Rossum) and releases with QA and testing.
