Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an experienced leader to shape the AI strategy for sustainability and to drive impactful AI use cases across the value chain. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to deploy AI solutions that scale value and transform workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set and monitor KPIs, and act as a lighthouse for data-driven ways of working, influencing leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

Proven track record with 5+ years delivering AI use cases in a large corporate setting.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, economics or similar; AI/sustainability training is a plus.
External network with peers, companies and relevant partners.
Knowledge of data governance, platforms and digital solutions.
Experience programming in Python, Julia or R.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead AI strategy and concrete roadmap across sustainability.
Drive AI adoption across data landscape and track KPIs.
Act as AI lighthouse, enabling new ways of working across teams.
Lead cross-functional working groups to foster innovation and sharing of ideas.
Deliver actionable insights to leadership and stay ahead of tech developments.
