Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S seeks a Senior Adoption Professional within Global Digital Workplace to translate strategy into action, leading adoption, communication and change initiatives that enable new ways of working and deliver value to colleagues globally.

You will guide adoption efforts for Digital Workplace tools, develop learning programs, and ensure communications align with Novo Nordisk guidelines across regions and business areas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with 3–5 years in organisational change management, digital adoption, communications or training.
• Experience in corporate communications and translating technical information into clear messages.
• Experience driving digital workplace adoption and AI enablement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across a global organisation.
• Experience developing communication plans, editorial guidance, adoption strategies, training and engagement activities.
• Strong business and analytical skills to improve services, products and processes.
• Solid project management skills balancing operational priorities with strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication, adoption and organisational change management for Digital Workplace products and transformations.
• Develop and execute communication plans, campaigns and learning initiatives for rollout of new tools and ways of working.
• Drive awareness and adoption of M365 apps, Copilot, devices and meeting room tech.
• Enhance employee experience by governing SharePoint sites, ServiceNow content and Viva Engage groups.
• Design scalable learning and enablement for leaders and employees globally.
