Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks a Senior Experience Designer to lead the concept, prototyping, and enhancement of LEGO building experiences. You will craft intuitive journeys from inspiration to unboxing and beyond, collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, marketers, and researchers.

Qualifications

• Strong design thinking capability across consumer journeys (customer-centric mindset).
• Excellent visualization and communication skills to convey design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current paper and digital building instructions to improve the LEGO building experience.
• Co-design engaging building experiences and lead design sprints with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and ensure full team participation.
• Lead workstreams, pilot projects, and exploratory design initiatives.
• Conduct consumer testing and debrief with stakeholders across the organization.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies and maintain a structured, thorough approach to projects.
• Dive deep into consumer insights to inform design decisions.
• Support capability building and training in Experience Design.
